WW - Waltham PW to WW conversion, manual wind, 41mm x 53mm to lug tips, 16mm wire lug width, original 14K yellow gold case that has been converted from a pocket watch to a wristwatch, gold cuvette, white enamel single sunk dial with black numerals and red minute track, 15J, nickel damascene, s#5516882. Gross weight of assembled watch 33.0 dwt (51.3 g). Working with watches you see a fair amount of converted pocket watches; very rarely are they done to this level of quality and finish.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered micro-fine scratches; excellent dial with small edge flake under bezel at 1; excellent blued steel Breguet moon hour and minute hands, fine gilt seconds-hand has been colored black but has some color loss; case shows little wear, no dents or dings, good engine turning detail; crown shows light wear; good glass crystal.
